new year, throw out old, cleanse

It is the first of the year, a new year on the calendar that the Creator crafted from the beginning. Man has destroyed the calendar and taken Yahweh/God out of it. Anyway, we are in the first month of the year, and it is time to cleanse. This time of year has cleansing rains, new beginnings, fresh starts in all aspects of creation. The Messiah purposely died at this time of year because we need cleansing, and this time of year is the best time of year to do so. Every edible plant (and most of them out there this time of year are edible) is a cleansing plant, and should be taken into our bodies. The energy of the Earth is even being renewed this time of year, and our bodies are directly connected and affected by it.

I want to bring out one thing about this time of year that is vital. I personally keep an entire week of Passover/Unleavened Bread. I do this because it is commanded, and because it is very refreshing to the mind, body, and soul. In this process, I clean out my house. I take out the leaven, clean every nook and cranny, and air out the place. Have you ever wondered where “spring cleaning” comes from? Despite what most historians and scholars want to say, it is built into us to do this, at this time of year, from the beginning of mankind, for cleansing purpose. It is what we are supposed to do. The thing I want to bring out is this: when you put out sugar, or throw out all of that junk food from your house, to cleanse your body, do you give it away to someone else, or do you actually throw it out? Ask yourself: does it make sense to throw something you know is bad for you onto someone else?

When I clean out, and throw out the leavened things during Passover week, I throw them out and burn them, or let the chickens eat them. The leaven represents my sin, or the things in my life I need to clean out, the “weeds” that have gotten out of hand. This cleansing also pictures getting your health back into shape, getting rid of the things that are negative, in mind, body, and spirit. It is all about acting on the solution and not looking back. I absolutely never give my “throw out” stuff to someone else to eat while I am not eating it, just as I would not give away the junk foods harming me if I were changing my health habits.

THE POINT: It is difficult to throw out, especially when you know your hard earned money bought it. It is difficult to go through the process of ridding the mind of negative fears and emotion. It is a process and nothing more. It is a practice, and we have to make it a “custom” for it to make an impact. I assure you, it is all worth it, and the things you THROW OUT will be replaced with twice the good. Throwing out (not giving away), is just the right thing to do.

The scripture below can be a starting point to a great study on this subject, giving you motivation and confidence.

“they” DON’T know you are a no one…

…and who is “they” anyway. We are constantly making up a they, them, everyone, group in our heads, and making “them” as if “they” are “everyone”, when in fact they are just a few, sometimes even just one or two! Let’s stop that right now.

“They” do not know you are a no one (well known all over the world), and “they” are in the same category no matter who they are. By the way, you are a someone and a good one at that. What is your definition of a “someone”? We all have this message that we are a “no one” because we think we are just moving through life in a common way. But what is common anyway? Common to one person is different to another. Someone in a movie is just as common and can walk the streets without being noticed, or go into a store and buy shoes without even being recognized (yes, this has happened to most movie stars). Not everyone knows everyone, and everyone can be “no one” or someone; both are the same person! THERE IS NOTHING NEW UNDER THE SUN. There is custom and tradition and other such things. In reality, everyone is common and uncommon at the same time, depending upon where “they” are and who they are hanging out with.

Do it anyway! That is in a popular country song, and in many poems, and in books and in sports ads, and so the list goes. It is something we all have to keep at the front of our minds at all times. It is biblical! Do it, whatever it is you are led to do (good, that is). Life is often about trying to, and wanting to, and dreaming of. Life is also about trying things and realizing what you do not want to do, or say, or be. Do it all anyway!

It is OK if you do not have it all together, all figured out. I have never had it figured out, and it has all worked out somehow. Yahweh our God has it all figured out. KEEP doing it all anyway.

Life has comforts and discomforts, times of certainty and uncertainty. In the uncomfortable, uncertain times, tackle it like you are wearing a hero suit; turn it upside down and inside out. The work will pay off, and surprise you at times, better than you could ever have planned it to be. Just do it anyway. On the note of tackling, Quit procrastinating! Pursue with every minute you have the whatever it is you are continually researching about and painting a picture of. Procrastination is a big thing, especially nowadays with all our technology and social media. I am going to post an article of great resources I found at the bottom of this blog post. There will be some repeats of information, but that is just because one person does not have all the answers and there are many who have figured this out and want to help others do the same.

Now put that phone or computer down (unless it is doing what you NEED to do, to pursue what you NEED to, to get where you NEED to be).

lessons from the “fog”

Fog, thick, all around me. But wait! What is that with the fog? It is inviting me in. Listen, feel, see, taste, smell. There are sounds of creation, the air is crisp, the smell is clean and fresh, the taste is sweet. There is a sweet aroma and a peaceful quiet. The quiet can awaken your spirit, and clear your thinking. That made me smile and laugh, because I am in a fog and I feel like everything is clear. Think on this. Yahweh, our Father/Creator, and the living Messiah Jesus Yeshuah, is inviting us into his throne room. We can come in anytime without hesitation! Why do we hesitate? He is there when we think cannot see him, feel him, hear him, taste him, smell him. When the water is still, it just looks still, there is always a moving stream deep under the still. Come into it. It is amazing in here, wrapped in the blanket of His voice, His touch, His way of looking at things, His sweet aroma, His flavors! And when we wait and be still long enough, light shines through the fog, and He lifts it, and allows us to feel, taste, see, hear, and smell HIS strength within ourselves that was created in us from the beginning. IT IS ALWAYS THERE! Even in the fog. 🙂

an EXCELLENT SPIRIT

Daniel, in the Bible, had an excellent spirit about him. I believe Daniel and his friends were Yeshuah/Jesus-like before Messiah walked the Earth in flesh. Daniel and his friends were living and confirming the promises they were given as part of the chosen people blessed by the Almighty.

The excellent spirit comes from Faith, and Faith can ONLY come by practicing and receiving the Word, by diligently seeking to know all Yahweh God wants you to know.

The excellent spirit has Health, Provision, Prosperity, and Protection. Daniel had all of this.

The excellent spirit has a heart set apart, values the secret things of the Father, is humble, has practiced discernment with constant improvement, and is in continued prayer and meditation.

Continued prayer and meditation (talking and listening) is communication throughout the day. Skilled, continued prayer (as Daniel and his friends) is appointed in the day, developed, and custom. Daniel and his friends had the custom of prayer and meditation. This is how faith is built. We have to set times and keep them, just as we set appointments with people. I know this works and can be done, even on a busy day. You just block out that time just as anything else in the day. With daily consistency ( say 9 am, 11 am, and 3 pm, for 10-15 minutes each time, or more), it becomes easier and others begin to know when you can be called upon and when not, including your children. I remember doing this with my kids when they were young, and with consistency, they began to know I am not going to succumb to their calling during that time and they began to copy it.

I hope I have stirred some ideas in your mind to begin a new “custom” and to yearn for that excellent spirit that we all can acquire, along with the health, Provision, Prosperity, and Protection that comes with it.

One idea to get you started is a Prayer journal, where you stop, and write a prayer on your heart, no matter what it is, or read scripture and write a prayer to use that scripture and see it in your own life. This is a great way to get the daily custom going strong. Here are some scriptures to ponder, and get you started: Hebrews 13:16, 12: 1-3, Set your mind on things above. OR, just begin reading Daniel and things will really get you moving in prayer.

Be blessed.

Purpose, What is Yours?

Ephesians 2:20, Colossians 1:16, Jeremiah 29:11 For we are His Handiwork, to do His good works, with a purpose, each unique.

Satan wants us to misinterpret the “saved by grace” and do nothing. This is far from what we should be thinking. Life is about how desperately we need Yahweh God and the Messiah. We are all in recovery of sin. RECOVERY…meaning we are all together in our unique processes, one unit moving toward the same purpose in the Almighty’s plan for us. We all have unity in how desperately we need the Father God and His excellent spirit (see my next post on an excellent spirit).

Ask the Father, “why did you create me?” Listen for the answer throughout the day.

Ask the Father, “what is the reason for my existence?” Listen for the answer throughout the day.

This hangs in my office, as a paper copy, but I am having it artistically created onto a large poster size canvas

Praying the Promises

Hello all.

I have been seeing and feeling some great things this week, in all the mess. Yes, you can feel good things in the mess of life if you are looking.

I began my prayer journal again, and I began praying promises when I wake, through the day and before I go to sleep. I have exercised again every day, sometimes more than once a day. I am, because of the season, in the garden much now and outside a whole lot. I have had better sleep. I have had libido issues and other hormonal issues disappear. I have noticed my speech be better, my mind be clearer, and my energy be enhanced.

I had a saliva test recently for hormones and cortisol and other things. I was near bottomed out in cortisol when it should be up and low overall. Hormones were not all in balance but not too bad. I decided to give it all to the one who knows me and what my body is going through at this time (age 46, and I like to call it level 46). I am amazed. Below are the scriptures of two of my promise prayers. You take the scriptures, with the promises, and figure out what they are saying, then put them into your own situation or moment, and then read them back to God with it all together. It is powerful. I also add “tapping” and mental exercise to the sequence and it becomes even more powerful. (look those things up for yourself to find out more about getting to the core of your body and soul/spirit).

Isaiah 41:10 Do not fear (and this means do not let fear consume, fear is real and needs to be acknowledged as such), For I am with you. Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you. I will uphold you with my righteous Hand! Personal note: there is so much here in this; I would consume myself in front of the mirror looking at bumps or other flaws and letting fear consume me…no more! I would consume myself when I was outside looking for ticks….NO MORE! This is how this scripture works. No more junk anxiety. I am fine. Enjoy what is around you and consume in that. If something changes, I will know and God will take care of me to have what I need to take care of it, but NOT until then will I be anxious of that around me or on me or in me.

III John 2 I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.

Take all this in!

Have a good day.

What is Wrong With This Article?

First, read this article – Apricot Seeds: Cancer Treatment or Danger to Health? Then come back, and we can discuss it.

I will go over some things wrong and see if you all picked up on the same junk.
Apricot seeds
One, the title of the article is a red flag right off. The place it is coming from is the first clue (pharma organization).

Two, the article goes through and states all the great benefits and proof of the benefits of these seeds nutritionally.  They know they are good for you to eat.

Three, the article states many companies and way to use the seeds for food, and none of those are shut down or given negative words…that is huge! They state that the seeds eaten raw are dangerous, but you can grind them into flour and eat them in other forms!! Catch that?! One has to be very careful reading these articles run by the pharmaceutical agencies.

Four, the article states that 50-60 raw seeds is the researched amount of amygdalin/cyanide toxicity leading to death, and toxicity in lower amounts.  It lists other foods and seeds with this amygdalin (converts to cyanide) element in them but does not give them negative credit. It goes into the dangers of cyanide and what it can do. The article never proves this.

Five, after the article praises all the benefits, it consistently uses phrases, “There is currently no evidence…”, and “There is no scientific evidence…”, which are bogus statements.  Evidence is and always has been there for all fruit seeds to have these cancer-fighting properties, but the FDA and other organizations cannot make money off of this stuff and therefore put things like this to the side, disregard it, and create articles like this to sway the common man from the truth. Proof of this is in stories like the one in the article, where a man found an important component, B17, and then the FDA decided not to allow it to be sold in the states (they know it works but cannot get the profit from it because those men do not sell out to them, etc., another subject all together).

Six, the end of the article gives the clue that they just ate their words of “no evidence”, when they state, “There may be promise with using chemicals from apricot kernels…”; this just proves that they do know the truth, and they do have all the evidence and are trying to find a way to make it theirs.

Watch out for this kind of junk. Be careful reading all things. Prove all things. This article made me laugh all the way through, how they contradicted and ate their words all the way through, and tried to justify everything with partial evidence (not all sides).

OH, BY THE WAY, it is helping immensely to eat these seeds and kernels from fruit to rid my Alpha-gal. It is staying part of my protocol. Ask about my protocol.

BE healthy, be true, Take action, re-write your story.

WINTER–what the reason for this season really is

The winter solstice time is no longer celebrated as it once was, with the understanding that this is a period of descent and rest, of going within our homes, within ourselves and taking in all that we have been through, all that has passed in this full year which is coming to a close… like nature and the animal kingdom around us, this time of hibernation is so necessary for our tired limbs, our burdened minds.

Our modern culture teaches avoidance at a max at this time; alcohol, lights, shopping, overworking, over spending, comfort food and consumerism.

And yet the natural tug to go inwards as nearly all creatures are doing is strong and the weather so bitter that people are left feeling that winter is hard, because for those of us without burning fires and big festive families, it can be lonely and isolating. Whereas in actual fact winter is kind, she points us in her quiet soft way towards our inner self, towards this annual time of peace and reflection, not afraid of the darkness (wrapped in the veil with Messiah Yeshuah) and forgiving (lifting the veil—shining), accepting and loving embracing goodbye to the past year (go unto the Father—into his presence and Glory who will forgive and forget—release your Faith and receive the forgiveness and believe it).

“Winter takes away the distractions, the buzz, and presents us with the perfect time to rest and withdraw into a womb like love, bringing fire & light to our hearth” (Renew your mind to the Word—what The Father wants you to do—run to His arms of Mercy—Boldly to His Throne where the Intercessor is for us——we are already welcome there).

.. and then, just around the corner the new year will begin again, and like a seed planted deep in the earth, we will all rise with renewed energy once again to dance in the sunlight (Messiah—Passover—spring cleaning).

Life is a gift J

Happy winter to you all.

Truth Gets Real

The time to read Job is not when you are well, and all seems good in life. The time to read Job is when you are in a deep trial and loss in life.

Last night, as I read, I asked the Almighty to help me understand I John 1-5. I am stumped to some things in there. This morning I had a deep need to read Job instead, a book I have not read in quite some time, or just the ending.  I have read the first 10 chapters.   His friends came and sat with him, said nothing, to comfort him, which is what they needed to keep on doing and say little. They had messages and opinions, but they knew the temperament of Job, and they knew that he was upright in all his ways and wise.  When they spoke, the Bible translations want to belittle them and say that they were not helping, because Job was anguished by their words and became worse each time they spoke. YET, there is purpose in all they said and did. I am hearing and seeing the faith of Job, who is struggling and wrestling with Yahweh in his innocent anguish; he admits they are telling some truth but he knows he does not fit into it and will not give in to it, but he cannot figure out just why he is not giving in and why he does not fit in to the common mold of what his friends say–what he knows most fall into.  He is in pain, angry,  humiliated, brought down, removed from normal life as it was, and feeling tortured.  He is asking for revealing; this revealing is coming forth by a cause which Job will never know .   His friends are doing what Job had done with them so many times before.  The tables are being turned.  But, Job was a good, righteous man, not perfect, but not deserving of anything he is going through.  Job is a fault in the bible to us, right in the middle, to show us that life is not all cut and stacked with answers to everything.

I will continue to read Job this week.  I believe I will see truth in it I never saw before, only because I am in the middle of a physical and spiritual battle of my own.  I believe I have something still to see in order to fully heal from this AG and other allergy weeds that have developed in my healthy body and rocked my world.  I am anguished by the constant foods and products I cannot use or eat or even be around.  I am puzzled by the healing I thought I had, and now feel I never really had, or have I lost it somehow. I have lived a healthy lifestyle, and yet I find myself with a body that shows deterioration that does not fit into the “healthy” lifestyle results I had in mind.

OH, about John, I have not been back to John yet, but maybe I needed to wrestle with it also for a while; this is not a bad thing but what we are meant to do with the Word.

Rejoice in affliction, and allow revealing. It is real. It does prick the deepest part of the soul.

You are in front of “it”…

Conviction = spirit resolving

Condemnation = emotion, shame, Satan led

Romans 8:1 — Talk to your issue, respond to it, convict yourself in the spirit of the Father, and run to the Father, instantly, before the condemnation sets in.

Nothing we do or say is a shock to the Almighty.  One issue may be the 100th time to you (because we go over and over it), but it is not to Yahweh; it is only one, and it is forgiven one, and it is done and gone.

Disappointments and setbacks are NOT the wrong path. Set forth to read the examples of those lives written in the Word. Sit with those who have been where you are, taken hold, and moved forward. These paths are all patterns to follow, for they all were pursuing something set before them, keeping their eyes on the vision and purpose they were to fulfill.  Someone is always behind you. You are a pattern those behind you are following. At the same time, “Pharaoh” (fear, shame, condemnation) is pursuing you. Keep him behind you. David not a man after God’s own heart; David was a man “AFTER” God’s own heart. We read about David incorrectly. David was daily striving with self and others, daily sinning, daily in war, yet He “PURSUED” the word of the Lord. He was pursuing (after), following, moving forward, and constantly becoming the man Yahweh wanted him to be.  We are not to be like David, the man, but to be pursuing after the Father as David did.

Running while looking backward is dangerous; you will fall. The setbacks and disappointments are behind you. the issue is behind you.  When you have said something or done something, or someone has caused chaos in your life, it is done. YOU ARE IN FRONT OF IT!  Look forward, move forward, run toward the Father, and pursue the resolution.

We can go into the world as missionaries, or we can become the mission field.

Our life should be always about the Father’s business, to be seeking his leading, and to know that He took us into His bosom and will keep us there. Our goal is not to look upon the Messiah as our great example; this is a burden. He is the one who took all of our sins. He is the one who erases those sins.  He tears down fear, shame, and condemnation, so that He may build up in us the spirit of power, might and sound mind we were created with.

You are in front of it.
